Gone vegan and missing nacho cheese? Not vegan and want to try something fresh? Here is a simple recipe for healthy, affordable, and delicious vegan Mexican Cheese. This snack can be made in 5 minutes, perfect for that quick cheesy fix.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup cashew nuts

2 cups salsa

1 cup chopped red pepper

4 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon pink salt

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and without chunks. It's that simple!
